Kaitlyn's First birthday

Since I last posted alot has happened. We celebrated kaitlyn'r first birthday last Sunday, we've caught up with Karen and Georgia and Sheridan and Callum"finally". It has only taken us 6 weeks. The kids were so excited having seen each other. They played beautifully. The same things are happening at work, so we won't bore you with those details and the kids are going really well. Well they were until the thrusday just gone. Kaitlyn had a tummy bug and Jaydon started yesterday and is still a little unwell today. Very lethargic. I hate it when the kids get sick. They look so sad. I wish I could be sick for them. (If someone had to be sick, that is!)

Anyway, as I said at the beginning we celebrated Kaitlyn first birthday last Sunday. We had a party for her. It went really well for me. She had no idea what was going on. But it was nice to have family and friends over to help us celebrate. Lots of party food and cake. Kaitlyn also received lots of special presents. Thankyou all for the gorgeous gifts. She loves playing with each and everyone of them. I have some photo's to share with you all from Kaitlyn's big day.

This is the gorgeous birthday cake that Danae made and decorated for Kaitlyn's birthday. It is just gorgeous. Very yummy also.

This was one of the first presents that Kaitlyn tried to open. She was more interested in the paper than the present.Jaydon and Kaitlyn at the end of the party. Jaydon was helping Kaitlyn choose which toy that she should play with.
